Intelenet® supports clients across Travel, Logistics & Hospitality, Healthcare and Financial Services with mid-high complexity business process services from our onshore centers in US.
We have three centers in US in Fort Wayne, IN, Campbellsville, KY and Fargo, ND, along with our At-Home-Agents network, well-equipped to effectively handle critical onshore processes.
Our center in Guatemala city supports Travel, Logistics & Hospitality, Financial Services clients with business process services in English and Spanish. It primarily caters to US and LATAM clients who prefer efficient, compliant and secure process management from nearshore locations.
Intelenet’s center in Krakow, Poland serves as the hub for Europe based processes, where we support clients in over 20 languages including English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Swedish, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch and other European languages. Intelenet® Middle East
Intelenet® Middle East presence is fast expanding to cover Dubai, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. We have four centers in middle-east catering to clients across Travel, Logistics, Telecom and Financial Services clients with BPS services in English and Arabic.
Our Manila center in Philippines is our strategic center of excellence for Integrated Contact Center Services, managing critical processes for global clients across the Financial Services, Hospitality, Retail and Healthcare sectors across the BPS cycle. Language capability includes English, Mandarin, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and other South-East Asian Languages.
