Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries including
callbacks to follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening
• Appropriately communicate with customers
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
• Stay up to date on new products, marketing initiatives and policy/regulatory changes

 

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, call centre, travel industry or airline industry is preferred
• Fluent in English written and verbal communication; C1 English level is preferred (the test will
be provided)
• Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills (the test will be provided)
• Possess appreciated level of IQ, EQ, and comprehensive skills (hiring managers will test during
the interview)
• Can work flexible hours, sometimes-on weekends, local public holidays etc.
• Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in online travel/flight booking
• Voice and E-mail support experience
• Sales experience; able to deliver product value proposition
• Experience working in and with a global organization
