Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries including callbacks to follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Appropriately communicate with customers
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Stay up to date on new products, marketing initiatives and policy/regulatory changes
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, call centre, travel industry or airline industry is preferred
- Fluent in English written and verbal communication; C1 English level is preferred (the test will be provided)
- Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills (the test will be provided)
- Possess appreciated level of IQ, EQ, and comprehensive skills (hiring managers will test during the interview)
- Can work flexible hours, sometimes-on weekends, local public holidays etc.
- Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in online travel/flight booking
- Voice and E-mail support experience
- Sales experience; able to deliver product value proposition
- Experience working in and with a global organization
