Team Lead is responsible for sales target, training and obtaining excellent records in call quality and sales delivery.
Job Scope
- Coordinate the entire client cloud telesales team and meet sales goals
- Develop and implement sales plans and regularly summarize sales data
- Evaluate the performance of telesales personnel, improve their capabilities, and build a healthy team climate
- Work with the client clound management team to ensure stable outsourcing operations
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Be responsible for sales target, including client's cloud revenue, number of paying customers
- Organize sales training based on client's cloud requirements
- Direct the telesales team as they contact customers via the telephone to make sales transactions
- Obtain excellent records in call quality and sales delivery
- Organize team building activities to cultivate good team culture based on client
- Generate daily report for client's cloud telesales managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years' of experience in sales management
- Experience in call center management, sales management, team management, performance management, and personnel management (sales team with over 30 members)
- Field sales experience in the public cloud industry is preferred
