Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support and drives the team in completing their tasks through prioritization, follow-up, improvement of workflows, various projects and removing obstacles
- Set goals for the team to ensure focus
- Develop the team and identifies growth opportunities for team members
- Address motivational issues as well as potential personal issues of team members, and finds solutions to them
- Facilitate and initiates interaction between the team and the other teams
- Serve as a point of contact between the team and client for topics that concern the entire team
- Serve as the voice of the team to the rest of the organization
- Perform other administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Has experience in project management and project improvement initiatives
- An expert in understanding the SME role and how best to support SME
- Understands team dynamics and comes up with solutions to address problems
- Reliable and trustworthy who can be entrusted with team members
