What We’re Looking for ⬇️
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related areas: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing.
- English level B2-C1.
- Proven project management skills, with high energy levels.
- Excellent knowledge of Business development needs.
Responsibilities:
- Project Managing multiple projects, tracking progress, and driving timelines.
- Creating effective presentations for the executives which can be showcased to clients.
- Analyzing content operations teams and processes - identifying and remediating inconsistencies, tweaking the internal organizational structure when necessary.
- Actively drive the development and sharing of best practices and lessons learned in cross-process team improvements.
- Monitoring Process performance to determine key opportunity areas to improve performance continuously.
- Making business recommendations (e.g., cost-benefit, forecasting, experiment analysis) with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.
