What We’re Looking for ⬇️

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• English Level (B2/C1)
• Must have at least two years of experience in web development using Perl, PHP, Java, Python, or Ruby (Perl is preferred).
• Must have at least two years of experience creating websites using HTML / CSS / JavaScript (jQuery).
• Must have experience in database programming using a Relation DB Management System (MySQL is preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of 2 to 5 developers
• Work on complex problems to create applications and features that are used globally throughout the business
• Receive, analyze and implement users' request to develop new features within our existing HRMS
• Responsible for reviewing and assigning tasks to ensure priorities and escalated items are met
• Reviews and ensures the quality of work developed by the team
• Understands assigned work and trains employees to meet project requirements
• Tracks team performance and is responsible for completing employee reviews
• Expected to have at least 50/50 split between development and management of the team
• Establishes best estimates for development timelines and effectively communicates changes
• Additional tasks as assigned
