Global Client Wellness Leader
What We’re Looking for ⬇️
Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing wellness for large and diverse Trust & Safety teams of remotely located professionals.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in global health and wellness.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
- A bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related fields is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of health and insurance and wellness benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop a wellness strategy program, lead multiple initiatives and core processes on the site, including mental health awareness, nutrition, physical activity, etc. As well as maintain an alignment across locations.
- Manage a team of wellness coaches to drive wellness outcomes in Trust & Safety, focusing on increasing resiliency and reducing risks in the content moderation space.
- Build a deep understanding of the nature of content type, specific goals, and nuances, while consistently delivering the best employee experience.
- Manage site wellness initiatives, ensuring that the client is kept up to date, internal stakeholders are aware of ongoing developments, and each team member uses a consistent wellness framework.
- Focus on driving insights on wellness through solid innovation, analytics, and insight discipline.
- Lead development processes related to various benefits and experiences in content development and employee engagement.
- Manage relationships with third parties, providing on-site certified coaches, counselors, and psychologists.
- Drive the engagement calendar alongside the wellness coaches for the assigned client/region to ensure new and innovative activities are available for the employees.
- Work with key cross-functional stakeholders (Global Wellness, HR, Legal, Health & Safety) to ensure collaboration and effectiveness, and manage escalations, if any, on annual strategy on wellness.
- Host workshops and conduct group sessions in conjunction with the counselors.
