Susir Kumar

Susir is the Non-Executive Chairman of Intelenet® Global Services, a 450mn USD global business process outsourcing services organization.

With over 15 years dedicated to the organization, Susir has been the leader in charge, responsible for turning Intelenet® from a 25 member company to its current 55,000 people strong organization.

Prior to this, Susir served as the Chief Executive Officer of Intelenet®, where he led innovative strategies that contributed to Intelenet’s successes, business growth, industrywide brand recognition, long standing client partnerships and successful global operating model deployment.

In his 27 year career, he has served as Intelenet’s CEO from 2000-2015, before which he was associated with HDFC, one of the most admired financial services organizations in India, and has been involved in setting up several profitable group companies.

Susir is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He also holds a Masters Degree in Philosophy (M.Phil). In 2015, Susir was ranked as Asia’s CEO of the Year.
Bhupender Singh

Amit Dixit

Amit Dixit is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Private Equity in India, based in Mumbai. Since joining Blackstone in 2007, Mr. Dixit has been involved with various investments and investment opportunities in India and South Asia. Previously, Mr. Dixit was a Principal at Warburg Pincus. Mr. Dixit received an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Engineering from Stanford University, and a B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai where he was awarded the Director’s Silver Medal for graduating at the top of his program. He currently serves as a Director of Intelenet® Global Services, IBS Software Pte Ltd, S.H. Kelkar, Trans Maldivian Airways, JagranPrakashan, Mid-Day Infomedia, Hindustan Power Projects, Monnet Ispat&Power and NCC. Mr. Dixit was previously a Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals and Igarashi Motors India.
Robert D. Reid

Robert D. Reid

Robert D. Reid is a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity Group at Blackstone and is a member of the Firm’s European Private Equity Investment Committee. Mr. Reid worked for several years in Blackstone’s New York offices and is based currently in London.

Since joining Blackstone in 1998, Mr. Reid has been involved in the execution of Blackstone’s private equity investments in Europe and in the U.S., including investments in Adelphia Communications, Centennial Communications, Charter Communications, Crowley Digital (Salmon PCS), Extended Stay America, FiberNet, Hilton Hotels, PaeTec, The Nielsen Company and Scout24. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Reid worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co.

Mr. Reid received an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University, where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Reid is a Director of Scout24 and Intelenet® Global Services.
David Skillen

David Skillen

David has a thirty five year career in banking and finance covering Australia, Asia, USA, U.K., and Africa. During that time David spent 8 years in Barclays, 10 years in Citigroup and 3 years in American Express.

Assignments included p and l roles such as Citigroup CEO for Cards in Asia-Pacific, and COO for Citigroup cards p and l internationally; CEO for Barclays Retail and Business bank covering 13 countries in Africa; as well as large technology and operations roles such as Global Chief Operating Officer for Barclays Retail and Commercial Bank, and Citigroup Asia Head of Operations and Technology. These roles included setting the culture for success with responsibilities across 50,000 staff.

He is a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society (MACS(Snr))

Today David serves on the Board of Intelenet® Global Services, a major international BPO company, is senior advisor to Essex Lake Group, advises KPMG Consulting in the banking space, holds senior office in the structure of the International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation, and chairs investment vehicles in the Australian WatersSports industry.
Mitchell J Habib

Mitchell J Habib

Mitchell J Habib is Director in Intelenet Global Services Private Limited and YUME. Earlier, he served as Director of National Underground Railroad and Pactera. Mitchell Habib is a results-driven senior executive accomplished in aligning global organizations with a strategic vision to realize revenue and margin growth. He has led organizational transformation, operations management and information technology at prominent global firms spanning multiple industries during his 25-year career, including General Electric, Citigroup and Nielsen.

Mitchell founded FCM, a full-service consulting firm where he serves as Chief Executive Officer leading client engagements and company strategy. FCM helps the world’s largest private equity companies accelerate value creation in their portfolio businesses by driving productivity in information technology, engineering and operations. The firm’s unique approach employs proven senior leaders who bring their C-level experience to portfolio companies as full-time executives on loan, directly accountable for business outcomes.

Prior to launching FCM, Mitchell served as Chief Operating Officer for Nielsen, where he headed a global organization of 40,000 people in more than 100 countries. He worked with industry-leading advertising, media and consumer packaged goods companies to deliver innovative technology solutions that provided unparalleled consumer insights. Mitchell also led Nielsen’s organizational transformation, taking advantage of the company’s scale to deliver improved quality for customers, innovation for the marketplace and more than $2 billion in cash savings – a 3x return on the investment for its private equity investors.

During his career at Citigroup, Mitchell was promoted from Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the US Credit Card division to CIO for the US Retail division, based on his team’s excellent performance and impact on the business. Before that, he served as CIO for General Electric’s two largest Capital divisions and two of its biggest Industrial businesses.

Mitchell holds a Masters of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Florida, where he is recognized as an Alumnus of Distinction in the College of Journalism and Communications. He has earned certificates from General Electric’s Quality Leader Program, Harvard University’s Private/Public Responsibility Program and the Leadership at the Peak program at the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs.
